Proofs
Personalized stationery created using the online typesetter serves as a preview only - the previews are NOT regarded as proofs of the finished product. All necessary adjustments for text size, line spacing and general layout will be made by a professional typesetter. You may purchase a professionally typeset proof of your custom layout for $6.00, which will show you exactly how this item will look. The order will not be printed until we receive your approval.

We require proofs for:
   1) Foreign language orders
   2) Layered, threaded, or embellished invitation orders of 100 or more in quantity
   3) Invitation orders of 200 or more. Orders of 300 or more of ANY product include a free proof.

Digital Photo Printing (UPLOAD YOUR PHOTO HERE)
Yes--your photo will be digitally printed with a matte photo finish directly on your holiday card or birth announcement.

After you have placed your order, upload your high-resolution photo (preferably 300 dpi) to printswellphotos.com. For best results use the highest resolution image available for your camera. Allow room for us to crop the photo. We accept photos in jpg, psd, or tif file formats. A proof is required at no additional cost on quantities of 300 or more. Allow an additional 3 days for processing photo card orders. 

Rush Service
We offer a NEXT DAY RUSH SERVICE for an additional charge of $8.00 net PER ITEM. If your order is received before 4:30 p.m. Central Time, it will be shipped the next working day. Rush orders received after 4:30 p.m. Central Time will be shipped on the 2nd working day (Our Working Day Schedule). Rushes are NOT available on photo printing. This service is NOT available between November 15 and December 15. Orders placed after December 1st may require upgraded shipping to assure pre-Christmas delivery.

All items on your order must ship together. We will rush production on your entire order for $8.00 per item.

Envelopes Shipped in Advance
We can ship baby announcement envelopes in advance for $2.00 net PLUS the shipping cost.

Colored Inks
Colored Ink is available on all products at No Charge for 1 color. There is a fee of $6.00 for each additional ink color, including black. (NOTE: The following colors are NOT available for envelope printing - Aqua, Baby Blue, Light Blue, Goldenrod, Light Purple, Tan, Forest Green, Cilantro, Limeade, Lime, Orange, Tangerine, Periwinkle, Hot Pink, Baby Pink, Light Navy).

Errors
Customer Error: Our proofreading experts are trained to catch errors in typesetting and grammar and will always contact you prior to printing if there is a question regarding your order. However, we cannot guarantee that we will always catch customer errors. Therefore, it is vital that you carefully check the text on your online preview before submitting your order, especially the spelling of proper names. We are not responsible for errors that occur from incorrect or incomplete text. If there is a mistake on your part, we will be glad to reprint your order at 50% off your cost, or 25% for assembled orders. Please consider ordering a proof for items with lengthy or complicated text.

Our Error: From time to time, errors do occur. If there is a printing error on your order, please contact our Customer Service Department within 14 days of receiving it so we may reprint the item. Items that need to be reprinted due to our error are given a priority RUSH status at no additional charge and are printed at no cost to you.

Order Changes
There is a $5 fee for making a change to an order. The fee may be waived if the order has not yet gone to invoicing.

Cancelled Orders
If you place an order by mistake, please call our Customer Service Department immediately, and we will cancel the order for you. If the order has entered into any stage of production, cancellation fees will apply. If the order has already gone to print, you will be charged in full. Please make sure that you are satisfied with your selections before submitting an order.

Returns
Personalized products may not be returned. If you should need to have your order redone, it will be processed with a courtesy rush (1 - 2 days processing). Additional time may be needed if a proof is required or if the order is being filled during the busy holiday season.

An important part of your shopping experience with us is your satisfaction with the products you"ve ordered. If your order was not filled properly or if it became damaged or lost in shipping, please contact our Customer Service Department. We will work with you to replace your order. Any problems with your order must be reported within 14 days of delivery. We will not be able to offer credits or replacements after that time period. If your order was damaged during shipping, please keep your original packaging as proof. The carrier will schedule a time with you to inspect the damage.

You may choose from 1st Class Mail or FedEx Ground, 3-Day Delivery, 2-Day Delivery, Next Day Afternoon.
